I just want to record, reflect and think about these stories by making pictures.
Feelings and relationships are paramount.
The World of Willow is a place of wonder in natural and relational experiences of life and material, of philosophical inquiry, and of having a good time while it lasts.
Willow is infinitely curious and very, very tired of working for institutions.
I make pictures because it’s how I figure things out. The world gives me ideas, feelings and stories, and I try to respond to them with colour, texture or whatever materials feel right in the moment.
The World of Willow is somewhere I can follow my curiosity without needing permission. No institutions, no rigid expectations—just space to explore, reflect and create with sincerity (and a bit of humour where needed).
